How long is shipping?

• Hair is typically shipped within 5-6 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped. During holidays, inclement weather, and big sales shipping may take a little longer but all customers will be notified of any delays. ALL OF OUR ORDERS ARE SENT WITHOUT SIGNATURE UNLESS REQUESTED BY THE CUSTOMER. Please leave a note if you require a signature.  

How many bundles do i need for a full sew in?

• we recommend 3 bundles at the minimum for a full look.
• keep in mind the bundles are smaller the longer the length of the hair so we recommend 4 bundles for lengths 26-30

Can i dye my hair?

• yes of course, our hair is virgin. 

How long will my hair last?

• the longevity of our extensions primarily depends on the daily and overall care provided to the hair. 

Can my extensions be flat ironed?

• Yes, because Barbies Only HairBar hair is natural human hair, you may flat iron, blow-dry or dye hair. We will recommend that you reduce the amount of heat used on the hair to prevent damage. After a wash, we prefer that you air dry your hair.

Do you give refunds?

• Due to the nature of our business we only accept exchanges within 3 days of receiving package. All hair MUST be returned in original packaging (including bundle tie). If hair has been tampered with such as combed, washed, or installed all refund guarantees will be voided. To process a return, please email [email protected] with the reason for your refund request & your order number so that we may provide you with our return address.
